The term “kopitiam” literally translates to “coffee shop” in the local Chinese dialect of Hokkien. Nowadays, kopitiam represents the typical olden day’s coffee shop with a modern touch, hygienic setting and most importantly comfort. However, in Malaysia kopitiam signifies Chinese coffee shop which normally offers typical Chinese cuisine only.
Located at level one of the Hotel, the gourmet outlet - Coffee Terrace has been given a new look and concept in transforming it into a modern kopitiam. Unlike other kopitiam, Coffee Terrace features a mixture of Muhibah cuisine besides the must-have local coffee brews, charcoal grilled toast served with butter and kaya (a local version of jam made from coconut milk and eggs) and soft boiled eggs.
Priced from RM 2.80++, our extensive Coffee Terrace menu consists of Roti Canai Durian, Mee Bandung, Char Kuey Teow, Mee Curry, Assorted Toasts, Nasi Lemak Kukus, Chicken Curry, Sambal Sotong, Otak-Otak Springroll and more. Meanwhile, the beverages range from the famous Ipoh White Coffee, Armada Chump, Milo Kow, Black & White, Juices and Soft Drinks.The selections of dessert consists of cream caramel, marble cake, bubur kacang, bubur pulut hitam and pengat pisang.
