Fasta Pasta’s name is inspired from the Italian words, “Fa sta pasta” which means, “Make this pasta”.
Fasta Pasta began its humble beginnings in a quaint trattoria in Adelaide, Australia.

Our guests are greeted with the sight and smells of Italy – pasta being extruded from the pasta making machine, skilled chefs churning hot piping pasta dishes straight from the open kitchen, the aroma of espresso beans infused with the sound of steamed hot milk, children gleefully enjoying their gelati (luscious Italian ice cream), plus the buzz of joyous banter within the restaurant.
The fresh and casual ambience of the restaurant is refreshing, with warm colours complimented with large images that represent the larger than life Italian warmth and personality.

Fasta Pasta is unique because we make our pasta fresh daily.
We have a variety of freshly made pasta to tantalise the palate. From the popular spaghetti, fettucine and maccheroni to the gourmet gnocchi, rotelle, papardelle, conchiglie (delicate shell shaped pasta) and ravioli; diners are truly spoilt for choice.
Although fresh pasta is our speciality, we serve so much more with such delights as Warm chicken salad salad, Steak Diavolo, Fisherman’s platter, Chicken Parmigiana and a scrumptious variety of pizzas.
