    Beijing duck beijing duck.. the ever famous phrase that use by almost everyone when someone highlight the word "duck".

    Was fortunate enough to finally pay this duck house a visit. Is located at the very center of beijing city. Is on the map.

    One have to take note that you need to use a small alley to gain access to the entrance.( by the roadside you'll see another roast duck shop which not the original, so be alert )

    Be prepare to wait for 1-2hour to be seated but is definately worth the hassle when you put those crispy duck fillet into your mouth, indeed savory !!

    By the way, damage was RM168/duck.

  • Standing Fish Spring Roll

    Vietnam are famous for their spring roll, over here we call it "poh pia" and wrap.. wrap.. everything that you can put your mouth, you wrap it.

    Was visiting a local village around the delta area and lunch bell ring. Is time to wrap again but this time the particalar fish came out standing, oh man, this unique.. by the time we finish it the fish skeleton still swimming..What an experience...

    Anyone planning to pay cambodia a visit? well if you do, try out the angkor style breakfast.. gosh.. i really miss it/

    sharing some crabby experience, personally i like crab very much and for that i tried all kind of crab dishes whenever the chance appear.

    hong kong "tai zap hai", sri langka crab and many others. but top of my chart would be the hokkaido king crab shabu shabu !! gosh..

    ordered the crab at a small fishing town at hakkaido call hakodate, there the local's japense go and hunt for fresh seafood. the crab was pack in the morning and deliver by air straight to osaka where we have our steamboat fest. japanese style we put rice into the left over soup & you got crab congee, good idea huh :P

    damage: RM750 for 2 giant king crab.
